The ideal house: modern, beautiful, functional, very comfortable, by the sea and close to the amenities.
Tested and approved by many travelers: this house has it all! An architect’s house, every corner has been thought-out to be practical and functional. Decorated and equipped with quality materials.
Located in the quiet town of Lilia just 200m from the beach and shops. A real favorite!
It is also a practical house, pleasant to live in on a daily basis, comfortable, with its different spaces, its large bedrooms, and its garden.
THE HOUSE: You will enter the house through the living room with the fully equipped kitchen next to it. The living room has large windows which open into the garden, giving access to the two wooden terraces.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large master bedroom with its own bathroom and a 160x200cm bed.
On the 2nd floor, there is a double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, and the second bathroom.
THE GARDEN: The parking space is at the back of the house. Once inside the house, you have access to a lively garden with veggie plots. Insider tip: you need to eat the strawberries before the birds get to it!
TERRACES: a patio with a table where you can have lunch under the shade and have barbecue. A second terrace for tea or aperitif.
IN THE AREA: You have the view of the Île Vierge and its lighthouse from the comfort of your home. This lighthouse is the tallest built on freestone and decorated with opaline inside—a must visit while you’re in the area. The house is close to the local grocery store. A nice short walk will take you to the seaside restaurants in Lilia. You can have crepes, fresh fish and seafood, or some oysters.
