29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Welcome to Lilia, a charming village with a rugged coastline, bordered by the sea, the aber wrac'h and countless islands including the virgin island and its lighthouse.
You will stay in a stone house of character, close to the sea, in the center of the village. functional, with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The authenticity of the stone blends with a traditional atmosphere, with a hint of sea air and a contemporary touch.
The main room will be the veranda: summer and winter, you will enjoy its light and the heat of the sun’s rays!
On the ground floor, a living room/ living room open on the veranda.
Further, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a toilet. Then a games room for children, which will turn into a reading space, an office for telework (internet fiber), or even an extra sleeping space with its sofa bed.
Upstairs a master bedroom with a quality queen size bed (160 *200), embellish with a toilet. Next door, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bed that can accommodate a child from 2 to 4 years or serve as a bench for teenagers.
The house is already prepared: just enjoy your stay from the first minute! Beds will be made, towels tidy, basic items in the kitchen will be available (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee and tea and household products).
There is even fiber connection at the end of the world!
The GARDEN: (facing south-west)
You can relax, in the garden, around a nap in a hammock or enjoy a good meal with family or friends, around a barbecue or lunch in the shade of the olive tree.
The garden is fully enclosed.
A parking space closed by a gate is dedicated to you.
An outdoor parking is located 2 steps from the house to park your vehicles also.
Bicycles are available to discover the northwestern tip of Finistère (the village of Lilia, Aber wrac'h and the lighthouse of the virgin island).
The SURROUNDING AREA:
You will be close to the grocery store of Lilia which will offer you good local products, a walk will take you to the restaurants on the seafront (creperie, seafood restaurant and fish, oyster bar) and the beaches!
The house is 700 m from the sandy beach «Plage du Reun», you can contemplate the sea, by canoe/ kayak, by bike or on foot. It’s up to you! And 5 km from the Bourg de Plouguerneau to do your shopping.
And for lovers of fishing on foot, some haveneaux are at your disposal in the house.

NB: For your information, cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean the house and dispose of your garbage on a daily basis. If this is not the case, we can offer you a complete cleaning service at a cost of €35/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.

Die Lage mitten im Ortskern von Lilia war ruhig und zentral für Spaziergänge, Radtouren und dem obligaten Gang zum Hafen, um den Sonnenuntergang zu bestaunen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
