Are you looking for a cosy family home, tastefully renovated and committed to the environment? A respectful home, where you'll be invited to compost and use dry toilets?
Then you've come to the right place!
Plouguerneau is a real little Breton village, a great place to spend your holidays.
The house has 3 levels:
- On the ground floor, you'll find the living/dining room, with adjoining kitchen; then a shower room.
The living room is spacious, warm and equipped with board games that will delight fans of board games! Open to the outdoors
- On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with two single beds, then a shower room and a separate WC (dry toilet). The reading area is ideal for those who like the feeling of weightlessness: it consists of a net suspended above the living room.
- The top floor is a children's paradise! A huge play area! There's also an office for parents.
THE GARDEN :
A large garden with outdoor games and vegetable patches is at your disposal.
On the terrace you can share time with family and friends over a barbecue.
SURROUNDINGS :
The house is located a stone's throw from Perros beach and its small port. The pretty white sandy beach of St Cava is a 20-minute walk away. A dream for children, to discover life on the foreshore and water sports.
The market town of Plouguerneau is just 2km away - a quick bike ride, don't you think?
Finally, you can enjoy walks along the GR34 whatever the weather!
