If you are dreaming of a cozy and comfortable nest within 50m of a sandy beach and you’re an ocean lover looking to escape the everyday and reset. Ti Venan is an obvious coastal retreat just steps away from the famous GR34, the preferred long-distance footpath: the customs officers’ path.
Ti Venan is a traditional stone Breton house refurbished from top to toe in a modern style. The location is facing the island of Venan in Lilia, Plouguerneau.
From the open-plan ground floor, the entrance offers a light and bright véranda, ideal for having a meal, working from home or just relaxing on the sofa, which leads through to an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave.
In the lounge area, a comfy sofa, ready to relax onto after a full day of walking or beach life. You can choose to listen to your favorite music (speaker provided) or turn on the Smart TV, you can't help but relax. For those who are amateurs, a pole danse is available too.
The bathroom is also on the ground floor providing a bath with shower facilities. A washing machine and dryer are provided.
Head upstairs to the first floor where you will discover a peaceful reading nook and a king size bedroom offering a feeling of calm and tranquility. From the window of the bedroom, you have an ever-changing seasonal picture of îsle Venan throughout the tides.
The house is fully prepared, you can just unpack your suitcases!
The beds are made, and the towels are disposed on the bed. In the kitchen you will find the basics (Salt, pepper, oil and coffee, cleaning facilities and tea towels).
The garden: The terrace opens onto a small elevated garden, ideal for sitting out in the sun.
