Description
House by the sea with the view of the iconic Île Vierge lighthouse from the bedrooms. Perfect for your family holidays, scenic walks and refreshing swims.
Ideal home to stay with family and/or friends. Just 200m to the waters on foot, you can see the sea from the first floor of this home. A comfy green setting ideal for enjoying the fresh Breton air.
THE HOUSE: On the ground floor, the main room will be the enclosed veranda where no matter the weather and season, you can enjoy the outdoor view and the sun’s rays.
During the colder days, you can warm up by the fireplace in the living room. From the living room, you have access to the fully equipped kitchen where you can also have a view of the sea. A bathroom and a separate toilet is on this same floor.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with 160x200 beds. On the second floor, there’s a children’s bedroom with two single beds and one double bedroom with a 140x190 bed.
There is wifi in the house so you can share special moments of your vacation to friends and family as soon as it happens.
THE GARDEN: The garden is very spacious and has some flowers. A swing with slides to amuse the little ones has been installed. Behind the house, there is a terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.
IN THE AREA: La Greve Blanche and Porz Gwen–a beautiful, quiet place. Aside from being only 200m from the beach, other activities like hiking the GR 34 route, surfing at Greve Blanche, and paddleboarding and kayaking at Lilia or L’Aber Wrac’h are also possible all year round–the beauty of Brittany!
The nearest shops are in Plouguerneau which is 2.5km away. In Lilia, you will find some seaside restaurants.
