Beautiful seaside house, totally renovated, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It's just a stone's throw from the beautiful white sandy beach of Porz Gwen and Kelerdut, famous for its ocean store and magnificent scenery.
On the first floor, you enter the house via a staircase. The entrance hall leads to a master suite with a queensize double bed, dressing room and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
A beautiful, spacious room then opens up, including a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy living room.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom with a single bed.
You will also find a shower room and WC.
THE GARDEN :
A large green garden is at your disposal. On the terrace you can enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.
SURROUNDINGS:
The house is a stone's throw from Méledan beach and Porz Gwen. You can walk to the Breton fish markets (seafood, shellfish, etc.) and to Kelerdut and its ocean store. The town of Plouguerneau is a 5-minute drive away.
You can also enjoy walks along the GR34, whatever the weather!
