Plounéour with its dunes and long, white sand beach is just a 5-min walk from this modern and spacious property—perfect place for a vacation in the great outdoors.
THE HOUSE: Ty Coat has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 persons in a family-friendly neighborhood. This one-level house is fully equipped so you can arrive and settle immediately. The beds will be made with towels and the kitchen will be replenished with salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, and basic household products. It has a large space for the living room, dining room and kitchen, great for family gatherings.
THE GARDEN: The living room opens to the terrace and the garden. There is outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny, warm days, and a green space for kids and adults to play. Maybe try the famous Breton puck?
IN THE AREA: The house is a stone’s throw away from the beach and the dunes in a quiet “countryside” area. By car, it’s 3 minutes to Plounéour-Trez town center, and 5 minutes to Brignogan where restaurants and various shops are located.
Some places of interests are: 11km from the Hyper Casino supermarket in Lesneven, 3km from La Récré des 3 Curés amusement park, 37km from Brest airport and 46km from the Brest train/bus station.
