Welcome to Ker Madalenn!
Nestled on the banks of the Aber Wrac'h, with its magnificent view and peaceful setting, this traditional Breton house built in 1920 will ensure you have a great time in Lilia.
If you are looking for a haven of peace, your vacation couldn't be more relaxing than by the sea.
At Ker Madalenn, you will be staying in a traditional stone house. You will be able to follow the tide throughout the day, stroll along the coastal paths, or relax in the warmth of the wood-burning stove. And if the weather's fine, what could be better than admiring the sea view from the comfort of the garden?
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with TV and sofa, as well as a shower room.
The latter includes a shower, toilet, water point and washing machine.
The staircase leads to the sleeping area. The bedroom, with its Queen-size bed (160x200cm), occupies the entire floor, giving you a lovely southeast-facing sea view when you wake up in the morning. There is also an office area in the bedroom. Fiber optics are available!
EXTERIOR AND SURROUNDINGS :
The 2200 m² exterior is ideal for barbecues and Breton sunbathing. A picnic table with sea views lets you enjoy the terrace in front of the house.
The house is semi-detached, with a palisade separating the two dwellings. The stone walls provide excellent soundproofing!
Ker Madalenn is located 1.5km from the village of Lilia and its amenities. It's only 2 km to the beachside restaurants and the lighthouse of Ile Vierge.

You will have noticed that a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes maintenance and disinfection, but not a full cleaning. This means that you will be asked to clean the house daily, as well as manage your own waste. If you do not wish to maintain the house during your stay, it is entirely possible for you to ask us for an additional cleaning service which will be invoiced to you (35€/h). We understand if you don't want to take care of these things during your vacation. Please let us know so that we can arrange to meet your needs.
